Coping with Obstacles and Processing Endings (COPE) Program

Adult Counselling

The Coping with Obstacles and Processing Endings (COPE) Counselling Program is an individual counselling program for adults who are experiencing life transition such as grief, bereavement, a newly acquired disability, divorce, or other significant life disruptions.

 

COPE is a short-term program, not intended for general or ongoing treatment of depression, anxiety, or long-standing relationship issues.

Effective April 1, 2023, Chimo no longer offers the Crisis & Suicide Intervention Services counselling program. For counselling options other than what is offered at Chimo, please contact Vancouver Coastal Health Mental Health Services at 604-204-1111.
