Counselling

Our Counselling services aid children, youth, women and adults to overcome a number of challenges- including abuse, sexual assault, grief and gender-based violence.

PEACE Program for Children & Youth Experiencing Violence

The Prevention, Education, Advocacy, Counselling and Empowerment (PEACE) Program is a series of individual counselling sessions for children and youth who have experienced violence or abuse in their homes.

Children Count Too! Children’s Anger Management Group

The Children Count Too! anger management group aids children to understand their anger and develop healthy ways to express their feelings in a supportive, educational and fun group setting.

Coping with Obstacles and Processing Endings (COPE)

The Coping with Obstacles and Processing Endings (COPE) Counselling Program is a short-term, individual counselling program for adults who are experiencing a transition through a life event such as grief, bereavement, or other challenging life circumstances.

Stopping the Violence (STV) Women’s Counselling

The Stopping the Violence (STV) program offers individual counselling to adult women affected by trauma from violence in relationships, sexual assault or childhood abuse.

Sexual Assault Services (SAS)

The Sexual Assault Services (SAS) Counselling program offers individual counselling to adult women and gender-diverse people who have experienced sexual assault.
