Outreach & Advocacy Program
The Outreach & Advocacy (O&A) program delivers poverty and administrative law related advocacy services.
In this program, staff and trained volunteer advocates assist clients with issues ranging from income assistance and tenancy disputes to employment standards.
Consultations are mainly by appointment, but walk-ins may also receive assistance based on advocate availability.
Family Law Advocacy Services
The Family Law Advocacy program delivers family and child protection-related legal advocacy. In this program, legal advocates conduct a thorough assessment, then assist clients with information gathering, referrals, document preparation and accompaniment. Clients will also receive assistance with setting reasonable goals and navigating the court’s system to obtain a legal solution.
Consultations are by appointment only.
